Willful Wine Co Pinot Blanc 2024

This Pinot Blanc comes from 30 year old vines in Winkler Vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. The wine was fermented around 60F in a combination of neutral barrels and stainless steel tanks. It was stirred daily to build texture.

This wine is crisp and fragrant, with bright acidity and a rich mouthfeel. It will pair wonderfully with seafood, especially oysters.
