Whether we’re exploring a monthly theme, tasting different combinations of wine and food to discover the perfect pairing, or showcasing our new features, you’re certain to have an enticing and informative experience with the 34th Degree° community.

Weekly Wine Tastings

Thursday & Saturday, 4pm – 7pm
Seatings at 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm. Seatings on the half-hour may be accommodated upon request.

  • Zinfandel & Primitivo

    Wine Tasting

    – January 8th & 10th –

    Michael and Alex are running the show this week with a tasting of Italian Primitivo and California Zinfandel. Join them for this tasting of ripe, juicy and spicy red wines.

  • Project Pinot

    Wine Tasting
    – January 15th & 17th –

    This week we’re exploring the family of Pinot grape varieties. We’ll taste sparkling, white/orange, and red wines made from the Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio/Gris, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir varietals.

  • Wines of Austria & Hungary

    Wine Tasting
    – January 22nd & 24th –

    This tasting will feature wines from the cool climate wine regions in Austria and Hungary. White and red wines will be featured from grape varieties including Grüner Veltliner, Furmint, Zweigelt, and more.

  • Southern Hemisphere

    Wine Tasting
    – January 29th & 31st –

    It’s the thick of winter in Blue Ridge, and it’s time to transport ourselves to a Southern Hemisphere, aka summer, state of mind. Wines from Argentina, South Africa, and other countries down under will be featured.
