Whether we’re exploring a monthly theme, tasting different combinations of wine and food to discover the perfect pairing, or showcasing our new features, you’re certain to have an enticing and informative experience with the 34th Degree° community.

Weekly Wine Tastings

Thursday & Saturday, 4pm – 7pm
Seatings at 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm. Seatings on the half-hour may be accommodated upon request.

    This flight of Spanish wines for the holiday will feature Sparkling “Corpinat”, a white blend from Rías Baixas, and Tempranillo from the Rioja and Ribera del Duero regions.

    Join us for an evening of festive wine tasting, light bites, and a screening of a holiday season classic, "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation".

    Italian Holiday Wine Tasting

    – December 11th & 13th –

    This flight of Italian wines for the holiday will feature Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir, crisp cool-climate white wine, Chianti Classico, and a robust Super Tuscan red blend.

  • All That Sparkles

    – December 19 | 5:30pm –

    Join us for a festive tasting of 6 sparkling wines, including Champagne, Crémant, Cava, and more styles. From great everyday bubbles, to occasions that call for the "good stuff", sparkling lovers will not want to miss this. 

    This is a single session, limited seating event.

    French Holiday Wine Tasting

    – December 18th & 20th –

    This flight of French wines for the holiday will feature Rosé Crémant d’Alsace, a stunning Southern France white blend, and red blends from the Languedoc and Bordeaux regions.

  • Best of 2025

    Wine Tasting

    – December 27th –

    This tasting will feature some of our most popular wines from throughout 2025, including Sparkling and a range of white and red wines from across the globe.

  • Final Toast to 2025

    – December 31st –

    Join us for a final tasting and toast to 2025!

    This is a limited seating, single session tasting.
