Weingut Köfererhof Sylvaner Valle Isarco 2024

This Sylvaner is mineral, fresh, with aromas of apples, pears, mint and in the underlay aromas of herbs, flowers and a hint of fresh hay. It develops its full body and crisp acidity on the cool but sunny terraced slopes of the Isarco Valley. 

100% Sylvaner. Aged 80% in steel and 20% in large oak casks.
