Vorspannhof Mayr Grüner Veltliner 1L 2023

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose shows lime zest, white pepper, green apple, and subtle floral notes. The palate is light-bodied and fresh, with crisp acidity, citrus fruit, peppery spice, and a clean mineral finish.

100% Grüner Veltliner, grown in loess soils. Just over half of the grapes for this wine come from Silke's family's vineyards; the rest are sourced from neighboring growers in Krems and Dross.

Fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures, aged on the lees in tank until February of the following year.
