This Edelzwicker is a homage to the great white blends from France comprised of the noble grapes of Alsace, delivering a balance of tangerine, peach, Asian pears, and lilies. 

Blend: 33% Pinot Blanc, 30% Pinot Gris, 20% Sylvaner, 10% Riesling, 7% Gewürztraminer

100% destemmed. Skin contact for 48 hours. Unfiltered. Unfined. Aged in 600 liters wood barrels for 5 months.
