The Joy Fantastic Gamay 2022

100% Gamay, the wine is fermented with 25% whole bunches (but decidely, NOT carbonic) and is bright, strawberry fruit laced with spice undertones, fresh acidity and moderate alcohol of 12.5%. 

In the spring of 2021, the winery grafted .50 acres of Pinot Noir over to Gamay. The bud wood for these grafts came from the historic Seven Springs Vineyard in the Willamette Valley of Oregon.
