This red blend is a representation of what the Fableist had to offer this vintage. It is a cellar made wine comprised of our core varieties. This wine is intended to encapsulate what we are able to bring vintage to vintage. This wine is made with all neutral oak to fully embrace purity and freshness.
Blend: 47% Zinfandel - 28% Petit Syrah - 13% Mourvèdre - 3% Cabernet Franc - 3% Grenache - 2% Aglianico - 2% Counoise - 2% Tempranillo
Aged 8 months in neutral oak barrels.
