Tatié Extra Brut Sparkling Rosé

On the nose it features sour cherry and strawberry yogurt at first, followed by hints of green apple, yeast, and pastry. The bubbles are fine and, on the palate, it is slightly saline with a pleasantly dry effect. It's a very harmonious sparkling wine.

60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay. Traditional Method, aged 30 months on the lees. 

Tatié is a collaboration beween Chilean producer Tabali located in the Limari Valley, and French Champagne house Thiénot.
