Schödl '”Loss & Lehm” Grüner Veltliner 2023

On the nose you get crushed apples and pears with citrus nuances. The palate is light in body with freshness and balanced acidity to minerality.

Deep Loess soils and chalky clay soil are the base for this Grüner Veltliner. The slopes and the plateaus on gentle hills result in the perfect balance between ripeness and acidity for this natural Grüner Veltliner. 

Spontaneous fermentation of the juice in stainless steel tank prior to aging on the fine lees also in tank before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<15ppm) added SO2.
