100% Schioppettino (a.k.a. Ribolla Nera), a rare grape that narrowly escaped extinction. Sourced from the estate vineyards of Cjastenet and Puoje, based in Fruili Italy. 

Farming Practice: Organic and Biodynamic. 

Vinified with wild yeast. Stainless steel fermentation, used oak to finish. Unfined/unfiltered. Low sulfur, at bottling.
