Redentore Refosco intense ruby color presents hints of blackberry, licorice, melted dark chocolate and sandalwood; it is a dry, warm and full-bodied wine, with soft tannins and a long-lasting aftertaste. Ideal with hearty meat dishes, poultry stews and grilled vegetables, especially wild mushrooms. We suggest to serve at 16-18°C. It has no added sulphites.
