Ravines Estate Grown Chardonnay 2021

Intense and aromatic, with meyer lemon, white flowers and hints of nutmeg. Ripe mango and pear melds with a stony minerality on the palate, both elegant and creamy with subtle spices. The persistent, succulent finish includes apples, tropical and citrus fruits, along with a vanilla pastry accent.

Half the Chardonnay was fermented in neutral 20hL oak casks, the other half fermented in French oak barrels (25% new). 100% malolactic fermentation occurred.
