Raventós i Blanc de Nit Rosé 2022

This traditional method, vintage sparkling rosé is produced just outside of the Cava D.O., after the multi-generation Raventos family chose to leave the D.O. to create a new designation, Conca del Riu Anoia. Characterized by wild, citrus and white fruit with typical notes of Mediterranean herbs such as fennel. A voluminous mouthfeel with good structure, and an elegant, fresh and persistent finish. 

Vinification in stainless steel tanks followed by blending and secondary fermentation in the bottle, aged for a minimum of 18 months. Extra Brut, with 4.5 g/l residual sugar. 

Blend: 50% Xarel-lo, 30% Macabeo, 15% Parellada, 5% Monastrell
