Philipponnat Champagne ‘Réserve Perpétuelle ‘ Non Dosé NV

Pale gold in color with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose presents lime blossom and white flowers. The palate is straightforward and pure, with citrus notes and a lovely liveliness that is not aggressive. The finish is long and clear, with notes of warm bread and fresh apple.

A blend of 80% Pinot Noir, 18% Chardonnay and 2% Pinot Meunier, from an exceptional vineyard comprising 20 hectares of Premiers and Grands Crus in Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, and Avenay.

This cuvée is vinified in the traditional way, avoiding any premature oxidation, with partial malolactic fermentation and aging in reserve wine barrels to develop aromatic complexity. Aged for 3 years.
