ten-acres planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot  Each year the winery holds back a portion of the newly-bottled wine to re-release when it is ten, twenty and thirty years old. This 2021 vintage is 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Verdot.
