Parigot & Richard 'Origines' Cremant de Bourgogne Brut NV

Notes of lemon and lime zest, ripe golden apple, brioche, and wet-rock minerality lead to a creamy, salty, lively finish.

Grapes are come from vineyards in Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits, and Hautes Côtes de Beaune. The wine is aged on the lees for 36 months, in the traditional method, and bottled unfiltered. Brut in style, with dosage at 7 g/l. 

Blend: 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 20% Aligoté
