Odyssey Vini 'Grappolo' Grapes for the People 2021

A blend of the local varieties from Alto-Piemonte, this wine is made to celebrate the joy of bringing people together through wine. This is fun, fresh, and embodies the Boca region with it's easygoing style. Croatina provides body and fruitiness, Vespolina adds spice and structure, and a dash of Nebbiolo adds complexity and aging potential. 

Blend: 50% Croatina; 40% Vespolina; 10% Nebbiolo

Aged 12 months in stainless steel tanks. Native yeasts. Unfined and unfiltered.
