Mirabeau 'One Day" Cotes de Provence Rosé 2025

A pale pink rosé with a fine nose of small berries, red and blackcurrant, notes of fresh mint and clementine. The palate is elegant, with more juicy red fruits and flavours of pomegranate. A fresh finish makes this well-balanced wine an invitation to the scented fields of Provence.

51% Grenache, 22% Cinsault, 10% Mourvèdre, 6% Syrah, 6% Caladoc, 5% Carignan

Night harvested followed by gentle direct pressing and partial liquid maceration (stabulation), before temperature controlled fermentation.
