Mas des Etoiles Cahors 'Petite Etoile' 2022

With an intense nose of ripe, juicy red and dark fruits, and a touch of wet earth, ecologically conscious Arnaud Bladinières and his 30-year-old Malbec vines take Cahors into the present day while preserving its classic roots. The round, very fruity palate has a solid structure but very soft, well integrated tannins from a year and a half worth of aging.

100% Malbec, aged 18 months in stainless steel tanks, on its lees. 25 year old vines growing on the second terrace on graves, silica, and clayish soils.
