Traditional method Cava made from 100% Mataró (Monastrell) grapes. Light skin maceration to achieve the desired colored, this 2020 bottling is aged 37 months prior to disgorgement. Zero dosage, resulting in 0 g/l RS. Aromas of red fruit, light and fresh on the palate with continuation of red fruit nuances and a delicate finish.
