Les Boursicottes Sancerre Rosé 2023

This wine has a pink salmon color and notes of red currants, raspberries, sliced strawberries, exotic fruit, citrus, and peach. 100% Pinot Noir. 

Grapes are hand-harvested then destemmed and macerated on skins for 24 hours. Fermented in stainless steel for 8-10 days. The wine is left on the lees until bottling.
