Le Monde Pinot Nero Rosé Sparkling Wine NV

Bright pale pink. A subtle bouquet of red berry fruit, currants and raspberries, with flowery notes of rose petals. The palate is lively with defined red fruit flavors and perfectly balanced acidity.

100% Pinot Nero (Noir). Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 62ºF; secondary fermentation with Charmat method at 60ºF; aged 60 days on lees in small stainless tanks.
