L'Aventure Estate Cuveé 2022

The Estate Cuvée has always been the flagship wine of L’Aventure Winery, and is ultimately the reason why founder Stephan Asseo left Bordeaux to make wine in Paso Robles. With the 2021 vintage, L’Aventure celebrated its 20th anniversary with an iconic dark blue label.  Depth, balance, texture, complexity, finish, everything is there. It is a beautiful representation of their terroir.

A blend of Syrah (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), and Petit Verdot (20%). 

Aged 19 months in 84% New French Oak, 16% 1-Year Old French Oak with Malolactic Fermentation in Barrel.
