Kivelstadt Cellars 'Sibling Rivalry' Pinot Noir 2022

Cranberry, raspberry, bramble, floral notes of snapdragon, fresh thyme and sage. Elegance upon entering the palate with minimal tannins and natural acidity that pulls the flavors through a long finish. A wine that demonstrates what California can do with a cool climate grape in the vineyard location.

The grapes are harvested overnight to maintain a cold temperature upon arrival at the winery. 35% of the Pinot noir grapes went into an open top fermenter whole cluster and the rest was de- stemmed.

Aged in 20% new French oak and 80% neutral French oak for 16 months prior to bottling unfiltered.
