Jordi Miró Ennak Tinto 2024

A pleasant, red fruit driven nose, with a nicely floral and spicy character as well. A lovely smooth, almost silky texture characterizes the palate due to intense fruit concentration, and soft tannins. Quite delicious! 

Blend: Red Grenache 40%, Carignan 25%, Merlot 18%, Tempranillo 17%.

Fermented in 2 batches (Tempranillo/Merlot and Grenache/Carignan), starting on the skins but finishing without skins to avoid tannin extraction. Stainless steel. Super bright and fresh, juicy and clean
