J Dusi 'Dante Dusi' Zinfandel 2023

J. Dusi's flagship Zinfandel. The 2023 Dante Dusi Zinfandel is glistening garnet in color. Earthy and herbaceous on the nose, this Zinfandel jumps straight into deep dark fruit upon opening. Its mid palette is lush with blackberry and plum. Layers of minerals, dark chocolate, toast and spice makes for a fascinating and exciting vintage.

100 Zinfandel, hand-harvested. 

Aged in 80% French oak, 20% American oak. A combination of new French and American oak, juvenile barrels are rounded out with neutral barrels to create wines that respect and reveal the natural varietal characteristics of Zinfandel.
