J Dusi "The Don" Cabernet Sauvignon/Sangiovese Blend 2022

In honor of Janell’s dad, Don Michael Dusi - “The Don”.

Rich carmine in color, this Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with Sangiovese and a touch of Cabernet Franc. It has a nose of black cherry soda and lavender. This wine opens with dark fruits leading into its mid palate of current, herbed sourdough and followed by a lengthy finish of dark cherry compote and cocoa nib.

66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Sangiovese, 5% Cabernet Franc. Aged 16 months -  80% French Oak, 20% American Oak.
