iXSiR Altitudes Red Blend 2021

Aromas of mature fruits, with a delicate and complex bouquet that varies between oak influence and red and black fruits. Notes of blackberry and blackcurrant blended with a fine touch to give the wine a soft and complex character. Its final silky taste makes it a pleasant and accessible wine, to share in a relaxed environment. 

Blend: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Caladoc, 29% Syrah

Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months. 60% new and 40% second use. 

IXSIR Winery is a Lebanese wine producer located in Batroun, a coastal area in northern Lebanon. It was founded in 2009 and produces a wide range of grape varieties for its red, white and rosé blends, including Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sémillon and Muscat.
