Illahe Reserve Willamette Valley Chardonnay 2023

Aromas of lemon, yellow apple, graham cracker, and butterscotch with notes of pineapple, peach, and vanilla on the palate. This wine finds a beautiful balance between richness and restraint, allowing the chalky minerality and fruit to shine through.

100% Chardonnay. Fermented in French oak, acacia barrels, and stainless steel. Partial malolactic fermentation with barrel stirring weekly for 2 months, then bi-weekly.
