Citrus-forward aromatics of lemon zest and Seville orange with white peach, lemon verbena, and wet stone minerality. The palate displays notes of Pink Lady apple, ginger, and lemon tart with bright acidity and fleur de sel salinity.

100% Pinot Gris. The use of 25% neutral oak gives this wine lovely weight and texture while maintaining its fresh, vibrant character and long mineral finish.
