Ripe cherry, hibiscus, crimson cassis, damp earth and fleshy strawberry are surrounded by a vibrant core of juicy acidity.

The “Old Eight Cut” refers to a diamond cut dating back to the 1400s using simple tools and few cuts to enhance the natural brilliance of the stone without disguising its true nature.

100% Pinot Noir. Native yeast fermentation, 25% whole cluster. Aged 11 months in oak (10% new French oak).
