Gramona "Imperial" Brut Corpinnat 2015

Pale golden in color, the aromas are dominated by ripe white fruit and a floral air, as well as citrus tones and hints of pastries and butter. On the palate, the creaminess accompanies a very fine bubbles and a particularly well-balanced freshness.

A traditional Cava blend of 40% Xarel·lo, 40% Macabeo, 15% Chardonnay, 5% Parellada, with the grapes coming from vineyards located at high altitudes to provide freshness and acidity to the wine. The wine is aged for over 4 years on its lees, which gives it a complex and creamy character, with notes of citrus, brioche, and toasted nuts.
