Girard-Bonnet 'A Mi-Chemin' Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru Extra Brut N/V

Bright, energetic and wonderfully finessed, 'A Mi-Chemin' impresses with its fine overall balance and complexity, and the minimal approach to vinification reflects the Grand Cru pedigree of his grapes. 'A Mi-Chemin' expresses the minerality of Les Mesnil, the florality of Oger. 

100% Chardonnay. Fermented and aged 60% in oak barrel (20% new) and 40% in stainless. 36 months on the lees with partial malolactic fermentation. 70% of the base wine is from 2021 and the remainder is a blend of the 2018 and 2019 vintages. Minimal dosage, 2 g/l residual sugar.
