The nose is mineral-driven, with lime, tangerine, and Bosc pear. The palate delivers the same with an addition of cinnamon baked apple and a zesty, mineral finish.

100% Sauvignon Blanc, a blend of young vine parcels on kimmeridgian slopes in the village of Chavignol. Aged 8 months on lees in about 95% tank, 5% large used wood.
