On the nose, it shows bright aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and white blossoms, complemented by delicate notes of brioche and fresh bread from its aging. The palate is light and lively, offering flavors of crisp orchard fruit, lemon, and a hint of tropical nuance, all balanced by vibrant acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Blend: Macabeo, Parellada, Xarel-lo, hand-harvesed. 

Aged a minimum 14 months on lees. 10g/l dosage.
