 Our "crazy water" flows from the slopes of the Santa Lucia mountains down the Salinas River, to the Pet Nat revival in Tin City, Paso Robles. We take the water from our backyard and create a delightful, delicious and totally natural bubbly wine. Notes of dried strawberries, apricot preserve, cerise lemon Lacroix.
