Dossier Flagship Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

The complex bouquet is redolent of cassis, dried herbs, eucalyptus, licorice, and bittersweet chocolate. The concentrated palate explodes with notes of cassis, blackberry, forest floor, dark chocolate, pencil lead, and baking spices. There is beautiful tension between the high level of fine grained, slightly grippy tannins and the reverberating acidity that refreshes the palate with each sip. The structure of the acidity provides a high-toned lift on the expansive and resonant finish with notes of cassis, licorice, and savory minerality.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. gAed sur lie for 21 months in French oak, 60% new (Troncais, Allier, Vosges, Nevers)
