Domaine Vetriccie, Ile de Beauté Rosé 2025

A crisp Rosé, prominent bouquet of watermelon, cranberry, and pomegranate. A bright, savory, and structured wine with mineral notes, wild berry and hints of white pepper on the palate.

Blend: 70% Niellucciu (a genetic clone of Sangiovese grown in Corsica), 15% Sciaccarellu, 15% Grenache.

Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tank / 21 days – no malolactic fermentation. Aged for 3 months in stainless steel before bottling.
