Domaine du Lucey Rousette de Savoie 'Les Monettes' 2022

A lively and generous wine, unfolding flavors of stone fruit along with lemon and tangerine notes. Bright acidity carries through to a long, crisp finish with a fine minerality.

100% Altesse (known as Rousette locally), from a single parcel in Les Monettes grapes are hand harvested. The fermentation occurs naturally with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for 9 months on lees in stainless steel tanks. Unfined and unfiltered.
