Domaine du Bel-Air-Bourgueil 'Jour de Soif' 2024

The 2024 version of Jour de Soif offers up a superb bouquet of dark berries, black cherries, tree bark, cigar smoke and a fine base of soil tones. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and succulent, with a fine core of fruit, good soil undertow and grip, moderate tannins and fine balance on the long and wide open finish.

100% Cabernet Franc. Aged 6-8 months in stainless steel tanks and bottled un-filtered.
