Domaine des Chers Julienas Vieilles Vignes 2022

Winemaker's tasting notes: Intense garnet, aromas of raspberry, blackcurrant, violet and pepper. On the palate, the wine is rich and fruity with melted tannins. Ripe fruit with good length. 

100% hand-harvested Gamay. 100% whole cluster, 10 days semi-carbonic fermentation in open top tanks with twice daily punch downs starting half-way through vinification. The wine is aged for 6 months in concrete tank before bottling.
