Domaine de Piaugier Sablet Côtes du Rhône Villages Blanc 2023

Delicate and comforting, Sablet Blanc has delicate acidity with slightly creamy and tropical fruit notes. This will go well with Spring pies (asparagus and goat cheese), or poultry with mushroom cream. In winter, the Sablet Blanc will refresh your taste buds with creamy stews or chicken pot pie. This wine can easily be enjoyed during your aperitif.

40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Viognier, 15% Roussanne, 15% Marsanne. Hand harvested, aged in barrel on the lees for 12 months with batonnage.
