The domaine’s flagship wine, this is a notably balanced Vouvray that’s vivacious yet gentle on the palate. The nose is delicately perfumed, with a hint of pear, a touch of spicy ginger, and a mouthwatering pop of tart quince. This vintage strikes a natural harmony between acidity and sugar, it's sublime. Lees aging gives the wine freshness, body, finesse, and delicacy.
