David & Nadia 'Topography' Pinotage Swartland 2024

Aromas of red fruits with flavors of fragrant cherry, black pepper, and notes of wood. Hints of raspberry lead to a lingering finish. Juicy and medium bodied like a Pinot Noir, but smokey and spicy like a Syrah, it is a perfect bottle for a summer bbq. 

100% Pinotage. 20% whole bunches all deposited in a concrete and vertical wooden foudre for fermentation. Aged in old 4,000 L vertical foudre.
