Cruse Wine Sparkling Valdiguié 'Deming Vineyard' 2025

The nose is of white flowers and honeysuckle, peach gummies, and melon candies, with a hint of pine, while the palate is bright watermelon agua fresca, salty and mineral with a clean finish. The bubbles are happy and fun.

This Valdiguié pét-nat is made from an 80-year-old, dry-farmed, organic vineyard in Calistoga. 

Whole-cluster pressed; native-yeast fermentation in stainless steel, bottled with residual sugar to finish in bottle; riddled and disgorged after about 6 months with no dosage; no added yeast, sugar or sulfur.
