Chateau Coupe Roses 'Bastide' Minervois 2023

A fresh, elegant wine of medium body, with high-toned blueberry notes underpinned by Carignan’s tarry black fruit.

'Bastide’ is made with equal parts of Carignan and Grenache, supported with 5% Syrah.

Aged on the lees in stainless steel. Bottled with a minimal dose of SO2.
