Champagne Paul Berthelot Cuvée Reserve NV

Powerful, opening with notes of undergrowth (ferns, moss) and herbal tea, evolving into honey paired with ripe fruits and fresh minty notes. Well-structured, supple on the attack with notes of apples, pears, and red currants. A slightly minty and "aniseed" character provides a good length.

40% Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, and reserve wine.

Sourced from the vineyards of Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne. Aged for a minimum of 3 years in our cellars. Dosage 7g/l.
