Golden yellow color with green highlights, and a delicate mousse. Expressive nose with aromas of red apple, fresh hazelnut, floral, with beautiful persistence. The palate is inviting elegant with freshness and supple texture, and modest acidity.

Blend: 68% Chardonnay, 32% Pinot Noir. Aged 90+ months on the lees.
