Opaque ruby in color and possesses ripe red currant, plum, blackberry and eucalyptus aromas. On the palate, the wine is rich and full-bodied with concentrated baked fruit and spice flavors, soft, mouth-coating tannins and a long, intense finish. Enjoy with beef brisket served with sweet barbecue sauce or ground sirloin burger topped with blue cheese and bacon jam.

41% Red Garnacha, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Carignan, 13% Syrah, 12% Merlot. 

Aged 12 months in neutral French oak barrels.
