Castel Pujol Folklore Blanco 2025

This white blend of 70% Trebbiano and 30% Malvasia comes from vineyards planted on deep, iron-rich volcanic soils. Handpicked grapes with some skin contact ferment in stainless steel, yielding jasmine, honeysuckle, white peach, grapefruit, and green apple aromas. A textured structure supports crisp lime and pear flavors with saline minerality and a pithy finish.

The Trebbiano and Malvasia grape bunches are destemmed and pressed separately. Alcoholic fermentation then takes place with native yeast in stainless steel tanks for six months, allowing for natural clarification. The wine is bottled unfiltered with minimal handling to preserve its freshness.
